Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish, optional

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the cooked chicken to the skillet, season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine and heat through.
  • In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheese.
  • Remove the chicken from the heat and mix it with the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  • Lay out the tortillas and evenly divide the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.
  • Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
  • Fold the tortillas into wraps, tucking in the sides as you roll them up.
  • Heat a clean skillet or grill pan over medium heat and cook the wraps for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the tortillas are golden and the cheese is melted.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.
